The night went silent except for the few snores from the people in the mansion and the last bits of rain that the clouds could squeeze out. Someone was woken up late though by a soft knocking near the stairwell.
The soft knocking was driving the curious person nuts, they couldn't find sleep if they couldn't figure out what was causing it. Slowly they crept up to the stairwell and peered down it, though nothing seemed out of the ordinary...that is until someone quickly slipped a noose over their neck and pushed the person over the railing of the staircase.
Air quickly left the lungs of...............
this mysterious person, thankfully a helping hand rushed to this person's aid. Everything went black for the mafia's second victim, but someone was there to thwart their plans. When everyone awoke the following day the nurse decided to keep things quiet as to what happened and the victim was still clueless as to what exactly went on at night.
A new day had arrived and everyone was eager to figure out who was behind these killings!
